Terms of Service

These terms apply to all orders placed through nonnella.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. About us

nonnella.com is operated by RYAN CAMAR/NONNELLA,  registered at Payton House, Kings Way, RH15 0UB. Contact: hello@nonnella.com.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. We may decline an order — for example if the item is unavailable, we can't obtain authorisation for payment, or there's an error in the price or description.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in GBP/USD/CAD and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct. If we discover an error in the price of goods you've ordered, we'll contact you and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel.

4. Delivery

See our Shipping Policy. We deliver within 30 days of your order unless otherwise agreed.

5. Your rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. See our Returns & Refunds policy.

6. Product information

We take care to describe our products accurately. Images are illustrative; colours and finishes may vary slightly. Dimensions are approximate.

7. Safe use

Our products are for domestic food preparation. Wash before first use. Not suitable for children to use unsupervised.

8. Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage we cause. We are not liable for business losses. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos and the Nonnella name — belongs to us and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales, or in the courts of your country of residence if you are a consumer elsewhere in the UK.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on the site at the time of your order applies to that order.
